Our Cider is made from a blend of 100% Herefordshire Cider apples grown locally to where it is produced on the Worcestershire / Herefordshire border. I grew up around that area living in a 16th century cottage that had a working period cider mill in the barn. Whilst discovering my Manx heritage I wanted to bring a part of my own roots with me to the Isle of Man. This Cider is a medium on the sweetness scale and it is lightly sparkling in our 500ml bottles or still in our 20ltr or 3ltr bag in boxes. Our labels are interactive.
